Hi Evan, I'm flattered you read me but I'm too stupid a computer person to know how to reply to you. Of course the energy companies would charge us for most of the tax, how much they dared charge would depend on the situation. I would redistribute the money by income (poorer people getting more) and use some to finance energy saving measures. I was trying to be appealing but I'm happy to be corrected. It's better to be coprrect!
